Kim Rose by Jackie Hair Care guarantees a 3–5 business day processing time. Most orders are processed and shipped within this window. Once your order ships, your tracking number will be emailed to you. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please allow one additional business day after any holiday or sale event. We do not ship on Sundays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Kim Rose by Jackie Hair Care is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs. No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to incorrect shipping information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kim Rose by Jackie Hair Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show a confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Upon inquiry, we will provide:

• Delivery confirmation

• Delivery date

• Tracking details

• Shipping carrier information

This information can be used to file a claim or investigation with USPS.
